At OZMA, we want you to love your sustainably crafted staples; if your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track its journey back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
